Thanks for your interest in being a vendor at the annual CahabaQue BBQ Cook-Off, benefitting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama. We expect about 1,000 people to come out and enjoy delicious beer, amazing food, live music and good company. 

Each vendor will be designed a 10' x 10' area. The fee for the space is $50, and donations to the BCRFA from a day-of-event sales are greatly appreciated. All donations to the BCRFA are tax deductible. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, set-up, and clean up. Vendor set-up will be from 9:00-11:00AM. Please be fully set-up no later than 11:30AM. 

Vendor form & entry fees must be received by March 22, 2019.

Platinum Sponsor: $5000 Donation
Company logo on website and any printed materials, listed in press release and on event banner as Platinum Sponsor. Includes: 2 cook teams + 12 tickets OR 25 tickets, and a large banner with company logo.

Gold Sponsor: $2000 Donation
Company logo on website and any printed materials, listed in press release and on event banner as Gold Sponsor. Includes: 1 cook team + 10 tickets OR 15 tickets, and a large banner with company logo.

Silver Sponsor: $1000 Donation
Company logo on website, listed in press release and on event banner as Silver Sponsor. Includes: 1 cook team + 4 tickers OR 8 tickets, and small banner with company logo.

Bronze Sponsor: $500 Donation
Company logo on website, listed in press release and on event banner as Bronze Sponsor. Includes: 1 cook team OR 5 tickets.

Corporate Team Sponsor: $250 Donation
Company listing on website. Includes: 1 Cook Team with 12' x 12' cook site.
