Thanks for your interest in being a vendor at the annual CahabaQue BBQ Cook-Off, benefitting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama. We expect about 1,000 people to come out and enjoy delicious beer, amazing food, live music and good company.
Depending on the number for applications, the vendor selection process will be based on availability, not first-come first-served.
Each selected vendor will be designed a 10' x 10' area. The fee for the space is a non-refundable $75, and donations to the BCRFA from a day-of-event sales are greatly appreciated. All donations to the BCRFA are tax deductible. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, set-up, and clean up. Vendor set-up will be from 9:00-11:00AM. Please be fully set-up no later than 11:30AM.
Vendor form & entry fees must be received by March 22, 2019.
