Since space is limited and we want to present the best show possible, vendors will be selected for the event by a selection panel. The panel uses a blinded selection process to review a set of four images provided by each vendor. The identities of the vendors are not disclosed to the panel. This is done to provide a diverse and balanced event for patrons. Artists who are not accepted will be placed on a wait list in the case of someone dropping out and an appropriate alternate will be chosen to fill the space.

All applicants must email 4 IMAGES of the items you intend to sell to with the subject line “Cahabazaar Sample Images.” Please include your name/company name in the email.


Any vendor who is selected by the selection panel must notify organizers of their intent to DECLINE the invitation to the event by Friday, November 17, 2017. Failure to notify by the deadline will result in forfeiture of entry fee and immediate invitation of an alternate from the waiting list.


All applicants are required to pay a booth fee due with application. Any vendors not accepted will be refunded in full after the selection process is complete.

Standard Booth - $50.00 12’ x 7’
Oversized Booth - $100.00 20’ x 7’ - Limited Space available
Non-Profit Booth - FREE with approval

Each vendor will be provided a covered space to exhibit their wares. Vendors are responsible for all needed displays, tables, chairs, etc.

Wifi is not available for vendors’ transactions. Please plan accordingly.


Organizers will not collect commission or a percentage of any sales made. It is the sole responsibility of all vendors to report sales taxes accordingly with the Alabama Department of Revenue.


The CAHABAZAAR aims to showcase original work and products of exhibiting vendors, not the work of mass production studios, organizations or groups. Please no imports, commercial, purchased for resale work. Vintage goods are acceptable and will be evaluated during the application process.
