Vendor applicants who are not selected will be refunded $50 or, if they so choose, their vendor fee will donated to BCRFA.

Each vendor will be designed a 10' x 10' area. Donations to the BCRFA from any day-of-event sales are greatly appreciated. All donations to the BCRFA are tax deductible.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, set-up, and clean up. Vendor set-up will be from 9:00-11:00AM. Please be fully set-up no later than 11:30AM. 

Vendor form & entry fees must be received by March 22, 2019.
