Liquidambar is named after the genus of the American Sweetgum tree. Liquidambar Styraciflua is native to the Southeastern United States, and you can find it growing along the Cahaba River. Our unique take on an American Amber Ale adds a touch of rye malt and a nice hop profile that provides a clean finish.

Oka Uba IPA
Oka Uba comes from the indigenous name for the Cahaba River. Cahaba means "water above," and the river is a component of our local watershed. The IPA is loaded up with Columbus hops at the end of the boil and then dry hopped for great flavor and aroma.

Fraxinus is named after the genus of the Ash tree, common along our beautiful Cahaba River. Fraxinus is an amazing Double IPA. By using a technique called "Hop Bursting," we're able to create a beer that has 120 calculated IBUs. However, you'll find it is anything but bitter. Fraxinus is a well-balanced Double IPA with a solid malt backbone and complex hop aromas.
