Join us for this one of a kind tasting event showcasing some amazing local cuisine and the Birmingham Boys Choir.
All proceeds from The Taste of Birmingham go to benefit the Birmingham Boys Choir. Your ticket includes samples from wonderful area restaurants, two drink tickets for wine/beer (Johnson Brothers and Cahaba Brewing), a live auction and entertainment from our 100 member Concert Choir and more.
New Orleans native Chef Kevon Lewis is taking over the kitchen at Rojo Birmingham for one night only during Birmingham Restaurant Week presented by Regions Bank! Chef K, who has a food truck stationed in Leeds, is testing the market as she considers taking her Cajun restaurant concept to brick and mortar in Birmingham. A fast-casual dinner full of Cajun flavors will be served between 6 and 9 p.m. - no ticket necessary!
Enjoy live jazz music as you savor your Harvest Brunch samples and sip your favorite brunch beverages - from Tito's build-your-own-bloody-mary bar and other cocktails to wine and beer to coffee and tea. Yep, it'll be hot, but don't worry - we'll have tents and fans in addition to cold drinks to keep you cool!
Each Harvest Brunch vendor will be serving samples created from the fruits (and vegetables) of REV’s Urban Food Project farmers’ labor. On a sign at each tent, the story of each specific plate’s produce star – from Alabama farms to your fork – will unfold.
Drinks will be available at our cash (or card!) bars: hot, iced and cold brew coffee from Red Diamond, wine tasting from Alabama Crown, beer from Cahaba Brewing, and cocktails from Tito's Vodka.
